My diet plans and lose of weight starts today! From now onwards, I will be posting everyday on what I eat and do in order to lose weight!
Here are some tips and I will be following:
Step 1: Discipline
Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are full
Eat slowly so your barin has time to register fullness
Step 2: Calorie Counts
Avoid sweet and salted food
Cravings usually go away after 15minutes so within this 15minutes try to get yourself busy and not thinking about it
Step 3: Portion Control
Know the calories count of what you are eating
Keep food out of sight
Once you feel that you are full stop eating, serve yourself with your proper portion
Step 4: Water
Drinking 6-8 glasses of water help to comsume lesser calories
Step 5: Exercise
Once you have lose your excess weight start off with exercise by running/jogging around your neighbourhood
Today's meal:
Breakfast/Lunch: Chicken Rice
Dinner: 算盘子
PS: Once a person has another partner of life does that means that they got no more time for friends anymore? I feel that this is what mostly a person will turn out to be. It is a disappointment whereby they, themselves don't realise it and happily saying that it's not because of that. 睁着眼睛说瞎话!
