Flood at Orchard Road, unbelievable right? This kinda of situation will also happen in town area. I think something must have gone wrong. Maybe there's some blockage! Everyone is commenting about it. Some claim that it is Government's fault, air pollution etc. While, some says that it is a sign of 2012, which is arriving earlier than expected? Hahaha!
