No school for me today! I've started to become a vegetarian but only for this 7th month ghost festival. To send my thought and blessing to time. No eating of meat and fish. At the same time, I place my order for an amazing stuff. Not going to tell you what is that until I succeed with it. Hahaha! I really can't wait for it to arrive. No more NDP rehearsal, next will be actual which is on the 8th of August. This day is not a great day for me though I can have fun in NDP. It's my grandfather's 1st year death anniversary. I hope he is living a happy life in the mortal world and miss him lots~ Don't let me recall that day! It is really terrible. I just hope everything will be smooth for me this few days. Assignments deadline is this week and I haven't really finish the drawing. Bye! :D |

It's been 3 months since I last posted! I didn't keep my promise of updating everyday due to my tight schedule after sch reopen. Many thing happen within this 3 months. Happy moment, stress in studies and the most important thing is I GOT MY CAR license! Yeah! Hahaha! Therefore, every weekend I will drive mum to her work place and fetch her back. Next up will be my studies, CT had just started on Monday. There's no paper for today and I got another 3 more papers to go before my holidays officially starts. I can't wait for my holidays! I also found a new job at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, if you happen to pass by just call me and meet me. For RWS I will try to go back there and work, cause the transport and other stuff is not convenient for me. I will post this here because I need to study for upcoming papers. My diet plans and lose of weight starts today! From now onwards, I will be posting everyday on what I eat and do in order to lose weight! Here are some tips and I will be following: Step 1: Discipline Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are full Eat slowly so your barin has time to register fullness Step 2: Calorie Counts Avoid sweet and salted food Cravings usually go away after 15minutes so within this 15minutes try to get yourself busy and not thinking about it Step 3: Portion Control Know the calories count of what you are eating Keep food out of sight Once you feel that you are full stop eating, serve yourself with your proper portion Step 4: Water Drinking 6-8 glasses of water help to comsume lesser calories Step 5: Exercise Once you have lose your excess weight start off with exercise by running/jogging around your neighbourhood Today's meal: Breakfast/Lunch: Chicken Rice Dinner: 算盘子 |

Exam ended today! This is the day I'm waiting for such a long time ago! This holiday I'm not going to work though I'm broke now! Going to work hard to slim down! My aim is 50kg!!! I am using different kinda methods and see which one suits me best. I really hope I can succeed this time! I feel that it's worth to slim down rather than work to earn more money. I am going Malaysia with sis after she resign from her work! Going to tour around Malaysia with her. After SL camp which is on the 12th-14th March. I've wasted my 18 youth therefore, I don't want to waste my 19 years old. I am really going to enjoy myself to the maxxxxx this holiday!!! Tomorrow will be a good start BECAUSE I AM GOING EAST COAST PARK with dearest!!! I can't wait!!! Hehehe! Let's cycle to CHANGI!!! Here we come! :D |
